Ride 17 has us riding from Children's Hospital at Briargate in Colorado Springs to our home base of Castle Rock. This 39.42 mile route will take us past the Air Force Academy, up the Old Denver Road through downtown Monument and over to Palmer Lake. From there we "head for home" on Perry Park Road, Lake Drive and Bear Dance Drive into Castle Rock. 

8:00am–9:00 am – Breakfast and training ride generously sponsored by our friends at Pro Cycling and Salsa Brava. Riders and supporters are invited to join us at the Children’s Hospital Colorado Outpatient Specialty Care Center, 4125 Briargate Pkwy, for a free light breakfast and optional training ride in celebration of Courage Classic’s Team Pink Lightning’s stop in Colorado Springs.

If you would like to join us on this ride but want to return to your car, please feel free to turn around at any point. Suggested turnaround points: N Gate Blvd 15 mile roundtrip, Baptist Road 22 mile roundtrip, Palmer Lake 35 mile round trip, Larkspur 52 mile roundtrip. Please RSVP for the breakfast and the training ride.
